Package 1 For Homes and Condos - $425.00
- Full coverage of your home, both exterior and interior shots.
- A full set of 300dpi, approximate 5x7 photos ideally suited for printing on flyers or other print media.
- A copy of all photographs re-sized and optimized for display on the internet.
- All photos on a CD ROM disc. I will provide you with 1 copy .
- 48 hour turn around time. I will have the photos ready to be shipped within 48 hours of the shoot, subject to terms and conditions. If requested, I can email all the photos to and send the photo CD by mail.
The price of the Standard Package is based on a per job basis. Every home and condo is different, therefore, some that will require more photos, some less. In general, these are the shots that are included:

- Dining Area
- Living Room

- All Bedrooms

Package 2 For Studios and Apartments $175.00
- Full coverage of your home, both exterior and interior shots.
- A full set of 300dpi, approximate 5x7 photos ideally suited for printing on flyers or other print media.
- A copy of all photographs re-sized and optimized for display on the internet.
- All photos on a CD ROM disc. I will provide you with 1 copy.

I generally don't shoot hallway or *bathrooms*, laundry rooms, etc.. unless there are some exceptional features. These rooms tend to be small and are difficult to shoot properly, and don't really add that much interest to the overall shoot. I focus on the primary selling features of your home.
